Group Information
This group will be virtual and is designed to provide expert guidance, psycho-education, and therapeutic support to those who have a loved one struggling with issues related to mental health, trauma, and/or substance use.
Getting Started
Open to those located in Virginia, Maryland, and Florida.
Every Wednesday 5:00-6:30
Group will meet weekly, ongoing.
A secure link will be provided for access to the telehealth group.
Goals Include
Learn to implement strategies that improve communication and healthier dynamics within family system relationships.
Develop individualized approaches that account for the specific needs of you and your family.
Improve understanding and insight related to trauma, inter-generational factors, and interpersonal dynamics that contribute to presenting issues.
Gain guidance and support in navigating treatment options and resources.
Improve self-awareness and self-care, develop skills to support stress and anxiety management.
